Me and some bluebonnets. This was during General Conference weekend.
Along with spring time come the babies. :) Back in February, I hosted a baby shower my good friend Velvet in our ward. She was having a baby boy! We were all so excited to welcome him into our ward family. For the baby shower, I made the invites (or evites) for the guests and games. For games, there was pin the pacifier on the baby, bingo, guess how many m&m's are in the baby bottle, and a calendar where guests get to guess when the baby will be born. My friend Hailey also helped in hosting. She also did the decorating and food. I will tell you this, she is a very talented decorator. :) Everything looked so great with the colors blue and green and the food arrangements. Overall, the baby shower was successful. It was a good turn out and everyone looked like they had a great time, especially the mom-to-be. I'd say about 3 out of the 4 games I created turned out good. :) However, it was just important to me that everyone felt welcome and was having fun.
She wanted to be in the picture too. ;)

The picture/gift I made for Velvet.
